AARON OSKEY (Chief Executive Officer)
Aaron Oskey is an experienced audio, lighting, and live production professional with more than 15 years in the industry. After attending technical school and earning a certificate in Broadcast Sound, Aaron began building his experience working in church and live-event environments.
Throughout his career, Aaron has managed and supported professional audio, lighting, video, and production systems for concerts, festivals, galas, corporate events, conferences, weddings, fundraisers, school events, worship services, and large-scale community events. His experience also includes permanent AV installations, system design and integration, equipment deployment, troubleshooting, production management, and coordinating technical crews from setup through show completion.
With extensive hands-on experience in both installed AV and live production, Aaron brings a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver reliable, professional sound, lighting, and event production for everything from intimate events to large-scale productions.
BRYSON JACKSON (Lighting & Visuals Director)
Bryson Jackson is an experienced audio, lighting, video, and live-production professional with a strong background in the event and entertainment industry. Through years of hands-on experience in live-event environments, Bryson has developed the technical knowledge and leadership skills needed to execute professional productions from initial setup through show completion.
Throughout his career, Bryson has supported and managed production systems for concerts, festivals, corporate events, conferences, weddings, fundraisers, school functions, worship services, nightlife events, and large community gatherings. His experience includes professional audio, stage lighting, LED video walls, livestreaming, equipment deployment, system troubleshooting, production management, DJ entertainment, photography, videography, and technical crew coordination.
With experience in both technical operations and event management, Bryson understands what it takes to deliver dependable, high-quality productions. Whether supporting an intimate gathering or managing a large-scale event, he is committed to providing professional service, reliable equipment, and an exceptional experience for every client and guest.
